After booking an appointment with The Estate Agency Company one of our local expert agents will visit your property to determine its market value. We will identify its best-selling price, the steps we will take to achieve this and explain the selling process in detail.
If you don’t already have one, we can arrange this for you through one of our trusted panel surveyors.
We will revisit your property to take professional grade photos to showcase your property in its finest light and record the details for your property description. The photos and property description will be used to prepare your marketing materials and brochure, which you will sign off on before we “go live”.
Now we will generate as many enquiries for your property as possible. Your advert will appear on Rightmove, Zoopla, S1 homes and Prime Location. Our database of registered buyers will be alerted and we will post and share your property on social media. Throughout we will track your adverts to ensure optimal performance of the listing.
You can choose between doing your own viewings or have your agent meet prospective buyers at your property and show them around. The choice is designed to provide minimal intrusion to you.
We will negotiate all offers until an acceptable price and date of entry are agreed in principal.
The successful offer will be passed to your solicitor for formal legal acceptance. If you have one that you use already we will need the details, or we can recommend one of our tried and tested independent legal agents.
The sale will complete with any secured debts being settled and the remaining sale proceeds sent to you by the solicitor. At this point the sale fee will fall due and either deducted by your solicitor or paid directly by you.
Once the process is over we will ask you to review your experience with The Estate Agency Company so that we can continually improve our service and so our future customers can see how we are doing.
