We operate on a competitive one-off fixed fee policy. -
4Buyer ScreeningBuyer Screening
Prospective buyers are always vetted to make
sure they are able to fund the purchase of your
property – it’s part of our job and if they can’t
fund the purchase nobody is going
anywhere. Where possible, viewings are
conducted in tight blocks to minimise
disruption and encourage buyer competition.
Again, as standard, accompanied viewings are
included so you don’t need to worry about
showing people around. Of course if you would
rather doviewings yourself this
is fine too.
